Services & Fee Details

I work with individuals ages 16 and older in Maine via teletherapy. I am in-network with Aetna (please see my FAQ for a full list of the plans I accept under the Aetna umbrella).

For all other insurance plans, I am considered an out-of-network provider. I am glad to provide out-of-network billing statements (superbills) upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many clients find that they are able to be reimbursed between 50-80% of the session fee.

Services & Fees:

• Initial 15-minute phone consultation - no charge

• Individual therapy session (50 minutes) - $210

• Individual therapy session (75 minutes) - $310

  75-minute sessions are ideal for clients who want more time for deeper work, including trauma processing, IFS/parts work, or somatic approaches. They can also be helpful for those navigating intense emotions or major life events.
